Window Blind With Sun

Sunlight flowing through a window screen resulted in an abstract pattern with a variety of colors in a diffraction pattern.

  • A cloudscape of puffy white altocumulus clouds forms a natural background pattern overhead.

  • The stone ceiling over the nave of St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh, Scotland is criss-crossed with stone work to support the roof. With details illuminated by window light, the atmosphere is quite warm on the inside.
  • The inner door to Edinburgh Castle is made of wood with iron studs bolted through it to provide strength to the defenses. The wood pattern in the door looks like a christian cross.
  • An old wood fence is in need of cleaning with much lichen on it. A nice background.
