  • The shadow of a man with one hand touching the stones of the Western Wall in the afternoon before the start of Shabbat. The cracks in the wall are stuffed with small pieces of paper written with people's prayers.
  • A lone man peering out at the world while appearing to read a small book of prayer on the ramp leading to the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
  • One of the old bells in the bell tower of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. (Monochrome, in black and white and toned in sepia.)
  • A series of sun-bleached, weather-beaten wood picket slats form an uneven fence acting as a wind barrier on a grassy Scottish hill in Holyrood Park in Edinburgh. They remind me of a series of old bones sticking out of the hill. In black and white.
